1. What is Klozzen all about?
 Klozzen is a women’s clothing brand born from the idea that style and comfort shouldn’t be a choice you deserve both! We create versatile, polished pieces designed for every mood and moment, from workdays to weekends.

2. Who founded Klozzen?
Klozzen was founded by a fashion communication and styling professional who turned her own shopping struggles into a movement for women who love formalwear that actually fits, flatters, and feels good.

3. Where are Klozzen products made?
 All our products are proudly designed and made in India with love, precision, and a whole lot of style.


 


 


ORDER FAQs

1. How can I place an order on Klozzen?
Simply browse through our collections, select your desired product, choose your size, and click ‘Add to Cart.’ Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout and complete your payment online it’s that easy!

2. Do I need an account to place an order?
You can browse freely, but creating an account makes your shopping experience smoother! You’ll be able to track your orders, request exchanges or returns, and receive exclusive updates and offers.

3. How will I know if my order has been placed successfully?
Once your payment is complete, you’ll receive an order confirmation email and SMS with your order details. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or reach out to our support team.

4. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. But don’t worry you can initiate a return or exchange once it’s delivered, as per our policy.

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, your tracking ID will be shared via email or WhatsApp, so you can easily follow your parcel’s journey right to your doorstep.

6. Are all garments always ready in stock?
Mostly yes! We try to keep all our bestsellers and core styles readily available. However, as a new and conscious brand, we don’t overstock—so a few pieces are made on order and size basis to ensure perfect fit and minimal waste.

7. What if the item I want is out of stock?
If a product is out of stock, you can sign up for restock notifications on the product page. We’ll email you as soon as it’s available again.

8. What should I do if I receive the wrong product or a damaged item?
If this happens (rare, but possible!), please report it within 72 hours of delivery through your Klozzen account. Our team will assist you with an exchange or return right away.

9. Can I order multiple sizes to try?
We currently don’t offer a “try at home” option. We recommend checking our size guide before ordering or contacting us if you need help finding your perfect fit.


 


 

SHIPPING FAQ's

1. How long will it take for my order to reach me?
We usually ship within 7 working days from our warehouse, depending on your location. Don’t worry  we’ll keep you updated every step of the way!

2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders across India.

3. What if there’s a delay in delivery?
Sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may cause a delay. If that happens, our team will make sure to keep you informed and assist with updates or refunds where applicable.

 


 


EXCHANGE FAQs

1. How do I request an exchange?
To initiate an exchange, log in to your Klozzen account and raise a request through our website within 7 days of receiving your product.

2. Which items are eligible for exchange?
You can exchange an item if it is unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact. Garments without tags will not be accepted.
Please note: Sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

3. What issues qualify for an exchange?
Exchanges are accepted only for:

  • Wrong product received

  • Damaged product received

4. Is there a time limit to report an issue?
Yes! Any product-related issue must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

5. How long does the exchange process take?
Once your item is picked up and inspected, the exchanged product will be shipped to you. The entire process may take 10–15 working days, depending on your location and our delivery partner.

6. What if the new product I choose has a different price?
If the new product is higher in value, you can pay the difference via UPI.
If it’s lower in value, the difference will be credited to your account.

7. What if my area is not serviceable for reverse pickup?
If your PIN code is non-serviceable, you’ll need to ship the product back to our warehouse at your own expense. Don’t worry we’ll share all details once your request is approved.

 


 

RETURN FAQs

8. Can I return my order?
Yes! Returns are accepted within 4 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and has all original tags and packaging.

9. How do I initiate a return?
Log in to your Klozzen account and initiate a return request through our website. Once processed, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup for you.

10. What issues qualify for a return?
You can request a return if:

  • You received the wrong product, or

  • The product was damaged upon delivery.

11. How long will it take to process my return?
Once your returned parcel is picked up and inspected at our warehouse, the order value will be credited to your Klozzen account. The overall process may take 10–15 working days.

12. Are sale items eligible for return?
No, sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

13. What if my return pickup fails?
Our delivery partner will attempt pickup twice. If it still fails or your PIN code is non-serviceable, you can ship the parcel back to us at your own expense.

14. Will I get a refund if the product is damaged when returned?
If the product is found damaged due to customer handling, no refund will be issued.

 


 

PAYMENT FAQs

1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments through UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and net banking. All transactions are encrypted and completely safe.

2. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
No, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at the moment. All payments must be made online at checkout.

3. Is it safe to make payments on Klozzen’s website?
Absolutely! Your privacy and security are our top priority. All online payments are processed through trusted and secure payment gateways to ensure your information stays protected.

4. What should I do if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, please check your internet connection or verify your card/UPI details. You can try completing the payment again. If the amount is deducted but your order isn’t confirmed, contact our support team at klozzen.k@gmail.com, and we’ll help you sort it out.
