Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Any product-related issues must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
    This includes:
    • Wrong product received
    • Damaged product received
  • To initiate an exchange, you must raise a request through your Klozzen account within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Only unused, unwashed, and undamaged products with original tags and packaging will be accepted.
    Please note: Garments without tags will not be accepted.
  • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect its condition. If the item meets our return criteria, the exchanged product will be shipped to you.
  • In case of a price difference during the exchange, if the new product is of a higher value, the balance amount can be paid via UPI only. If the new product is of a lower value, the difference will be credited to your account.
  • Please note: Sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Exchange Process:

  • Log in to your account and initiate an exchange request through our website.
  • After receiving your request, we will schedule a reverse pickup for the returned items.
    Please note: The reverse pickup process may take 10–15 working days, as it involves a third-party delivery partner.
  • Ensure the returned items are securely packed to prevent any damage or loss during transit.
  • Clearly write your name, address, and phone number on the parcel before dispatching it.
  • The return pickup will be attempted twice. If your PIN code is non-serviceable, you’ll be responsible for shipping the product back to our warehouse at your own expense.
  • After the returned parcel is received and inspected at our warehouse, the exchanged product will be shipped to you promptly.

  • Only unused, unwashed, and undamaged items with original packaging and tags will be accepted.
    Please note: Garments without tags will not be accepted.
  • Once we receive the returned parcel, our team will inspect the product. If everything is in order, the value of your order will be credited to your account.
  • Please note: Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Once your request is processed, we will arrange a reverse pickup for the returned items.
    Please note: The reverse pickup may take 10–15 working days due to third-party delivery partner involvement.
  • Pack the returned items securely to avoid damage or loss during transit.
  • Ensure you write your name, address, and phone number on the parcel before sending it out.
  • The return pickup service will be attempted twice. For non-serviceable PIN codes, you will need to ship the product back to us at your own expense.
  • After receiving and inspecting the returned parcel, the value of your order will be credited to your account.
  • If the returned item is damaged due to customer handling, no refund will be issued.
